The role
As a Chef in our restaurant, you’ll produce first class food, becoming a wizard of the grill and pass and playing an integral part in the smooth running of the kitchen.
It goes without saying you’ll need a healthy appetite, and not just for burgers – you’ll be hungry to deliver first-class food and contribute to the commercial success of the business. You’ll be responsible for delivering burger brilliance to our hungry customers. And as market leaders for burgers in the local area, you will be part of the team striving to maintain our high standards.

What you’ll do
Your responsibilities as Chef will include:
- Become the wizard of the grill and pass
- Ensure that methods of preparation, production and presentation comply with the Company’s specifications and procedures
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are being followed
- Produce food to high standards
Your rewards

- Greeting, advising and serving customers
- Taking reservations, handling customer enquiries and feedback
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic restaurant environment
- Keeping up to date with new products, offers and promotions
- Completing training as required
- Ensuring company policies are followed
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health & safety legislation
