Our values

The Burger Shop Co is a family-owned business, and our values sit at the heart of everything we do.

We create as much of our menu in house as possible, unless one of our trusted partners can do it better, using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients available.

We strive to deliver an epic customer experience every time, combining great service, great music and great vibes.

We are committed to sustainability and doing our bit to protect the planet.

THE BEEF

Always British, always fresh. Our patties are crafted to our own unique recipe, developed over months of testing and refinement. Nothing added, nothing needed – just 100% British steak.

Our partner, H G Walter is an independent, family-run business established in 1972, built on tradition, simplicity and quality. Their team is dedicated to doing things the proper way, using time-honoured methods of meat preparation.

They source their meat from small, passionate British farmers, rearing free-range native breeds such as Hereford and Aberdeen Angus. Each animal is hand-selected for quality, marbling and fat coverage, ensuring consistently exceptional produce throughout the year.

Their beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days, and up to 90 days, in a custom-made Himalayan salt room, intensifying natural flavour and delivering what they proudly consider some of the best beef in the UK.

THE BREAD

Our bespoke artisan buns are made using the very best ingredients, supporting British farmers and bakers while delivering the perfect balance of softness and structure for our burgers.

THE VEGGIES

Market-fresh every day. Crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, onions and mushrooms, carefully prepared to bring colour, freshness and flavour to every bite. Don’t forget your five a day.

SUSTAINABILITY

Long before Blue Planet reminded the world of its responsibility, we were already taking action. We have never used plastic straws or plastic takeaway bags and, from day one, have committed to compostable or recyclable packaging only. We’re proud of the choices we make because we only have one planet and it’s up to all of us to look after it.
